This "Scratch & Dent" Throttle Pot without Lever for the Golden Technologies Companion II GC221, GC321, GC421 has the pot and the wire harness, but lacks the mounting bracket and "wig-wag" lever. If you can reuse these pieces from your old trottle assembly, this potentiometer and harness is the way to go.
Note that this unit is only for the older versions of these scooters. The newer versions of the Companion scooter (GC240, GC340, and GC440) use the Throttle Potentiometer Assembly for the Golden Technologies Companion I & II (GC240, GC340, and GC440).
