Finding the right part
Start with your chair's model number, which is printed on the label on the chair along with the serial number. Mega Motion uses an MM prefix on most models (for example, MM-3702), and several model names, like the iNFI Elite and Trio Piccolo, cover more than one model number, so match the number rather than just the name.
If you're replacing a motor, check the label on the old motor too. The manufacturer's part or model number on that label is the most reliable way to match a replacement.
