With its 30 wide by 15" deep surface, the tabletop is plenty large enough for most users, and is height-adjustable from 23-1/2" to 33", giving you plenty of legroom when sitting down.
The base of the side table fits under your chair for stability; the chair's feet or bottom rail providing the necessary weight to hold everything nice and snug. It even comes with a built-in magazine rack for even greater convenience.
