You can attach your bike up to the Forza F-2 Trainer and ride from Sunlite regardless of weather, daylight or when conflicting schedule issues limits your pedal time. The Forza F-2 features a stable heavy-duty steel frame and a quiet magnetic resistance unit for a riding posture and "feel" you are used to.
The Forza F-2 Trainer is easy to setup and the noise generated is surprisingly low.
So here is a great trainer at a nice price. Add a mat and a riser block and your bike becomes as useful an excercize machine indoors as it is outside.
