Description
Our 20"x2.125" tire with slick tread for the Schwinn Sting-Ray bicycle features continuous curved lines on each side of the outer tread surface. This slick style rubber is perfect for old school rides such as the Schwinn Sting-Ray, the Sting-Ray Krate, and many small-frame BMX bikes.
We offer this fine tire in different sidewall colors and you make select a standard blackwall or an optional whitewall design.
Like the original, the current production Schwinn Sting-Ray uses this 20" tire on both the front and the rear rims. The very popular Sting-Ray Krate version only used this on the rear wheel assembly; the front rim of the Krate sporting a 16"x1 3/4" front tire. In addition to the Schwinn models, this size was also used by a number of other wheelie bike brands and models such as the Huffy, Raleigh, and Sears.
