The company's professional. My battery guage for my Pride Go-Go mobility scooter came in a nice neat and safely packed box and works perfectly. I was quoted a price of $150 to basically remove 6 screws so I'm very glad I was able to do it for under fifty bucks myself because thank God, although they're numb, my hands can still work! So I highly recommend this company and for everyone to try doing it themselves or having a friend help instead of getting ripped off by a a place that has a storefront that they have to pay for and employees too. IF at all Possible, DIY!
