26"x1.95" Bicycle Komfort Tire for the Schwinn Meridian 26" Trike

The 26"x1.95" bicycle Komfort tire is an excellent choice for riders of adult trikes like the Schwinn Meridian 26". If you take your trike out onto the grass and want a traction tread with a little more "grip" than the Innova Swiftor slicks that came with your new Meridian, then this is a very good choice for a replacement trike tire.

Quite frankly, we wonder why Schwinn didn't choose this to be their standard Meridian trike tire. The modest tread pattern gives far better steering and braking control on wet surfaces without a noticeable increase in pedaling effort. The smooth tread Innova Swiftor (or IA-2018) tire that Schwinn uses on new Meridians might be fine on the maintained sidewalks around the cul-de-sacs and shopping malls, but real-world cycling requires tires more suitable to grass lawns, gravel driveways, and rough concrete.

Not only the Schwinn Meridian 26", but many multi-purpose and cruiser style bikes would do very well rolling on this 26"x1.95" Komfort tire.
