Our Blemished right-side front caster Arm assembly with motor for the Jazzy EVO 613 power chair comes complete with everything but the gray plastic freewheel lever which broke off during shipping. In addition, the assembly shows a few scratches and minor cosmetic dings. This front caster arm assembly is unique to the EVO 613 because the motor is part of the front caster arm and neither the arm nor the motor is sold individually.
