CTL2102645 - Hand Control for the VivaLift! Ultra PLR4955 Lift Chair

Get your VivaLift! Ultra working the way it should again with this genuine Pride Mobility replacement hand control, part number CTL2102645 (HHC: HW110K-0-024). It's the same factory remote that ships with the Pride VivaLift! Ultra PLR-4955 power lift recliner, so every function plugs in and works just like the original.

A center toggle switch handles lift and lower, while dedicated button pairs give you independent control of the backrest, legrest, tilt, power headrest and power lumbar. Because the Ultra uses a dual-motor design, the back and footrest move separately, letting you fine-tune your position instead of settling for a single recline angle. A heat button sits right alongside the positioning controls, and a built-in USB port keeps your phone or tablet charged while you relax.

The hand control connects to the chair with a 5-pin connector and works with the CTL2102648 control box for the VivaLift! Ultra PLR4955 (CM210F-000 / CM210F-001). It fits the small, medium and large versions of the VivaLift! Ultra. If your remote has stopped responding, has damaged buttons or a frayed cord, or has simply gone missing, this OEM part restores full control of your chair.

Fitment tip: Check the model label on your chair to confirm it's a PLR-4955 before ordering. If your chair is a different VivaLift! model, contact us with your serial number and we'll help you find the right hand control.
