If you have an older Companion I (GC221) scooter, we may have just what you need. Here is the front wheel assembly for the Golden Technologies Companion I (GC221) mobility scooter.
This is Golden's older style wheel that uses a 7-3/4" solid gray tire on a black split-rim. Please note that this wheel assembly is unique to GC221 Companion I scooters made in or before May 2007, and will not fit correctly on any other Companion I or II mobility scooters.
