CTL2106501 - 12-Button Hand Control (HW110I-4-024) for Pride Radiance PLR-3955 Series Lift Chairs

This is a genuine Pride Mobility OEM replacement hand control (Pride part number CTL2106501, HHC model HW110I-4-024) for the Pride VivaLift! Radiance lift chair (PLR-3955 series). If your lift chair is no longer responding as it should, replacing the hand control may be all you need to get it working again.

This 12-button hand control operates the chair's lift, recline, power headrest, lumbar, and heat functions, and includes a toggle switch for raising and lowering the chair. It connects to the chair through a circular 5-pin connector and has a USB port on the front for charging a phone or tablet.

Check Your Chair Before Ordering

This hand control is designed for VivaLift! Radiance chairs with model codes HOB and HOC. It also works on earlier HOA chairs, but only if both the control box and hand control have already been replaced with the update kit below.

If your chair still has the original control box (CTL1908248) or the original hand control (CTL1908249, HHC model HW110I-0-024), this hand control will not work with your existing control box. Instead, order the KIT2205810 Hand Control and Control Box Update Kit for PLR-3955, which includes both this hand control and the CTL2205786 control box.

The part number is printed on the label on the back of your current hand control. If it reads CTL2106501 or HW110I-4-024, this is a direct replacement.
