CTL2205154 - Pride CM310M-D3-3 Heat/Massage Control Box for VivaLift! Radiance Lift Chairs (PLR3955)

This is a genuine Pride Mobility OEM replacement control box (Pride part number CTL2205154, HHC model CM310M-D3-3) for the Pride VivaLift! Radiance lift chair (PLR3955). The control box is the central hub of the chair's power system: it receives signals from the hand control and routes power to the chair's motors and heat.

If your lift chair has stopped responding to the hand control, moves only partially, or has lost one or more of its functions after the hand control and power supply have been checked, a failed control box is a common cause. This unit has 5-pin connectors for the motors and hand control, 2-pin heat connectors, and a 2-pin power connector, matching the original so it installs without modifications. We recommend taking a photo of your existing wiring before you disconnect anything.
