Description
The upper handlebar mount for the Hover-1 Eagle electric scooter is a cast and machined metal fitting that mounts to the folding handlebar stem. This scooter part holds the central handlebar tube, secured with a set of two screws. The Top LED Console with Circuit Board fits atop this.
The upper mount is sometimes referred to as the knuckle.
