AGM Batteries

Acid is absorbed by a very fine fiberglass mat, making the battery spill-proof. This enables shipment via air or ground without hazardous material restrictions.

Higher capacity (35 Ah) compared to gel batteries (32 Ah) of the same physical size.

Less expensive and more popular than gel batteries.

Lower life span compared to gel batteries when batteries are regularly deep-discharged between charges. Life span is greatly improved if batteries are recharged before reaching 50% discharge.

Safe for airline travel.

Can be installed upright or on their side.
