U1 32 Ah 24 Volt Gel Battery Pack (Set of 2) for the Golden Compass Sport (GP605SS/GP605CC/GP605) Power Chair

U1 32 Ah 24 Volt Gel Battery Pack for the Golden Compass Sport (GP605SS/GP605CC/GP605)

A set of two 12 volt, 32 Ah U1-size Universal Battery D5870 sealed gel batteries for the Golden Compass Sport (GP605SS / GP605CC) power chair, including the newer GP605. The Compass Sport runs on two 12 volt U1 batteries wired together for 24 volts, and these connect with L-style post (nut and bolt) terminals.

Gel batteries hold up better than AGM when they're run down deep between charges, so they're a good pick if you use your chair hard every day. They're sealed, spill-proof, maintenance-free and approved for air travel. New gel batteries reach full capacity after 15 to 20 charge cycles, and they should be charged with a charger that has a gel setting.

Replace your batteries when the chair doesn't go as far as it used to, slows down on hills, or won't hold a charge after a full night on the charger. Replace both at the same time so they charge and wear evenly.
