Description
Description
This is the genuine Pride Mobility / Quantum Rehab power tilt actuator for the Quantum Q6 Edge power chair equipped with TRU-Balance 3 seating. The tilt actuator is the electric motor and drive that tilts the seat back and forward when you use the tilt function, shifting your weight for comfort and pressure relief.
This is the standard TRU-Balance 3 tilt actuator, shown as C1 on the parts diagram. It is a 24 volt RE3005 actuator rated at 6000 N, with a 265–365 mm retracted-to-extended length. It is not the HD version (D1 on the diagram), which is a different part.
Replace it if the seat no longer tilts, tilts slowly or unevenly, stops partway, or the actuator makes grinding or clicking noises. Make sure your chair has standard TRU-Balance 3 seating before ordering.
