Unlike most mobility scooter throttles that use a potentiometer and "wig-wag" lever, the throttle assembly for the Drive ZooMe R3 (R318CS) scooter is a motorcycle-style twist-grip affair. This big-bike throttle is an original Drive Medical part. It mounts on the right-side handlebar and offers an intuitive sense of control. The textured rubber on this throttle ensures that you have a good grip.

The part was the wrong one.
Mine has more wires and two switches for forward and reverse and hi low power
