So why are we selling it as if it were? Because the E-400 deck usually comes as a set of two pieces, the kicktail AND the forward deck plate. Somewhere along the line we ended up with an extra kicktail that's missing its front companion. If all you need is the rear kicktail then this is exactly the bargain you have been waiting for.
