If your Drive Medical scooter suffers from "short leg syndrome" you may consider upgrading to this slightly scratch & dented high capacity battery box for the Drive Spitfire Scout & Spitfire Scout DLX. This High Capacity battery box is made by Drive Medical, the same as the one offered as an optional upgrade with a new Drive Spitfire Scout scooter. You can use this battery box as a replacement for a missing or damaged box, or you can install the batteries, and keep it as a spare backup power source for long ride.
The box comes without batteries, but is otherwise complete with the wiring, XLR charging port, and the circuit breaker. You have to look close to find the blemish, a little bit of the flange is missing from the back corner. Other than that, this battery box is good to go.
