You have to look hard to see any defect on this one. Our Scratch & Dent rim assembly for Jazzy 1103 Ultra, 1107, & 1113 ATS power chairs was poorly packed at the factory and received a couple of scratches on the polished metal face of the rim. If that doesn't bother you and you want to save a bit, then this is the rim you want.
This 3-part assembly includes the outer rim, the inner rim, the hub, and hardware.
