One of our Scratch & Dent Sale 196cc 6.5 Hp Honda Clone (GX200 168F) go-kart & mini bike engines is a superb way to get a fully functional engine at substantial savings. We found a few of our engines had acquired a few minor scrapes, scratches, dents, and dings sometime in transit from the factory. These defects are not bad enough to send back, but not perfect enough to meet our usual high standards. You may find a dent in the fuel tank or a crack in the mount casting, or some other blemish that will not affect the functioning of the engine. If you can use a "factory second" engine like this you can save 25% off the already low price that we normally charge.
The 196cc 6.5 HP Honda clone go-kart engine is one of the most widely -- if not the widest -- used gasoline engine in the world today. Commonly known as the Honda-clone engine in reference to its initial brand, this design revolutionized the concept of small engines for both motor sports and portable utility equipment.
This go-kart engine is a direct replacement for the 196cc 6.5 Hp go-kart/mini bike engine used on the Baja Motorsports Baja Blaster (BB65), Baja Dune (DN65), Mini Bikes MB165 & MB200, & Baja Sand Dog (SD65) and a whole host of generators, pressure sprayers, water pumps, snow blowers, and a thousand other products. This EPA and certified mini bike and go-kart engine is a single cylinder air cooled engine ideal for lightweight applications, including custom projects.
