What this motor does
This is the back / recline actuator. It moves the chair back. It is not GM1450-LM (lift motor) and not the headrest motor (GM0900 / GM0910).

Before you order

  • Read the tag on the motor you are replacing. You want GM1450-RM.
  • Older pre-2018 GM1450-RM units (sometimes listed as GM1450-RM-ORG) can need a polarity cable or the hand-control buttons run backwards.
  • Unplug the chair transformer before you pull clevis pins.
