This part needs your chair's serial number. Golden matches this part to your unit by serial number. Add it now so your order is not held.

9 to 12 letters and numbers from the sticker marked S/N, starting with letters. Example: QCB21K0417.

Where do I find it?

Look for a sticker marked S/N or Serial. It is the chair's own serial number, not the part number printed on the part you are replacing.
