throttle cable worked fine, but the discription was cut short on the mirrors and 1 would not go on because the thread wasn't right hand. Had to use on of the old mirrors so they don't match, not to mention the stock mirror is a pos you can't see with

I'm sorry to hear that one of the two mirrors wouldn't work for your application. We do have sets where both threads are right handed, sets where both threads are left handed and sets that have both right and left threads. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
