Description
The handlebar receiver with clamp for the Hover-1 Rally electric scooter is the 6-5/8" central section of the bar to which the threaded grips are attached. There is a 2-part clamp that fits the middle.
The bar's threads are of special note. The left and right sides' threads are reversed from each other, both tightening when the grips are revolved toward the rider.
