electric scooter. One of the excellent features of the Hover-1 Comet is the infinitely adjustable handlebar height; you can put it right at the level where you want it.
An additional feature of this 1-5/16" inside diameter clamp is the "key" that matches up with a corresponding slot in the handlebar stem. This prevents the clamp from shifting out of place if it becomes too loose.
