The folding handlebar stem for Hiboy® S2 & S2 Pro electric scooters is designed for both steering and as a carrying handle when folded, this stout alloy appendage includes the oval handlebar tube, upper fold mechanism pieces, buckle clasp, and release lever. This hollow stem has been machined for the cable grommets making this stem assembly a "drop-in" fit on your Hiboy scooter.
