14"x3" flat free drive wheel assembly for Jazzy 614 and 614HD. This 14"x3" wheel assembly, otherwise known as a 3.00-8 wheel assembly, is a direct replacement for your original wheel assembly and it includes the star rim as pictured.
Please note that this Jazzy wheel assembly's rim is of a split rim design (the bolts are on the backside of the rim), and the tire can be replaced without replacing the entire assembly. For a MUCH more affordable solution, please find the tire at the link below:
