Here is the complete caster and fork assembly for the Jazzy Select 14 and Select 14 XL power chairs. This set includes the 8" x 2" (200x50) caster wheel, the fork, a pair of two 6201RS fork bearings, and the necessary washers, nut, spacer, and O-ring.
