42 Volt 2.0 Amp XLR Charger for the HeyBike Cityscape Electric Bicycle (Original Version)

Lost, broken or worn-out charger? This 42 volt 2.0 amp charger is a direct replacement for the original charger that came with the HeyBike Cityscape 26" city cruiser e-bike. It charges the Cityscape's 36 volt lithium-ion battery and plugs into the bike's round 3-pin XLR charging port, the same connector as the factory charger.

It matches the factory charger's 42 volt, 2.0 amp output, so your Cityscape charges as quickly as it did out of the box: roughly 5 to 6 hours from empty for the standard 36V 10Ah battery. An LED on the charger turns red while charging and green when the battery is full. Many riders also keep a second charger at work or school so they never have to carry one.

The charger is UL listed, comes with a detachable AC power cord, and runs on standard 100–120 volt US household power.

Cityscape 2.0 owners: this charger does not fit the Cityscape 2.0. The 2.0 has a small round DC barrel-style charging port on the battery, while the original Cityscape uses the larger metal 3-pin XLR port shown in the photos. Check your bike's port before ordering.

Note: For lithium-ion batteries only. Do not use with sealed lead-acid (SLA/AGM) batteries.
