Solid 26"x1-3/8" urethane wheelchair urethane inner tube can be used as a replacement for any 26"x1-3/8" standard pneumatic (air-filled) inner tube.
Please note that most wheelchairs do not use 2-piece split rims. This means mounting inserts require a little bit more effort and patience than mounting traditional pneumatic tubes and tires but the results are usually worth the accomplishment.
