24 Volt 2.0 Amp XLR Off-Board Battery Charger for the Golden Buzzaround LT (GB107A/GB108A) Scooter

24 Volt 2.0 Amp XLR Off-Board Battery Charger for the Golden Buzzaround LT (GB107A/GB108A)

This 24 volt, 2.0 amp off-board charger plugs into the 3-pin XLR charger port on the tiller of the Golden Buzzaround LT 3-wheel (GB107A) and 4-wheel (GB108A). It charges the scooter's two 12 volt sealed lead-acid (AGM) batteries, whether you run the standard 12 Ah pack or the 15 Ah upgrade.

It's the one to grab if your original charger stopped working, the cord or plug is damaged, or you want a second charger to keep at home or in the car. It puts out a little more current than Golden's 1.5 amp charger. When the batteries are full it switches itself to float mode, so it's safe to leave plugged in. Two LEDs show power and charging status.

For sealed lead-acid / AGM batteries only. Do not use it on a lithium battery pack. The charger won't start if the batteries are below about 16 volts, and a pack that low usually needs replacing.
