24 Volt 2.0 Amp XLR Off-Board Battery Charger for the Golden BuzzAbout (GP164)

This 24 volt, 2.0 amp off-board charger plugs into the 3-pin XLR charger port on the Golden BuzzAbout (GP164) power chair. It charges the power chair's two 12 volt sealed lead-acid (AGM) batteries, including the 22 Ah batteries it ships with.

It's the one to grab if your original charger stopped working, the cord or plug is damaged, or you want a second charger to keep at home or in the car. When the batteries are full it switches itself to float mode, so it's safe to leave plugged in. Two LEDs show power and charging status.

Good to know: Golden's own charger for the BuzzAbout (GP164) is a 3.5 amp unit (MBE-0036). This 2 amp charger works with the same batteries, it just takes longer to bring them to a full charge.

For sealed lead-acid / AGM batteries only. Do not use it on a lithium battery pack. The charger won't start if the batteries are below about 16 volts, and a pack that low usually needs replacing.
