Description

This 24 volt 8.0 amp XLR battery charger fits the Pride Raptor and Baja Raptor 2 mobility scooters. It is made by Universal Power Group (UPG) for sealed lead-acid batteries of 17 Ah or larger on scooters and power chairs with an off-board female XLR charging socket.

Set the selector switch to Gel or AGM to match your batteries. The charger uses a complete 3-stage process (bulk charge, absorption and float), then stays in float mode so the batteries can remain connected and fully charged without overcharging. It has short circuit, reverse polarity and low voltage protection, and LEDs show power on, charging and charged. Charging time depends on how drained your batteries are.

Note: As a built-in safety feature, the charger will not operate if the batteries have less than 9 volts. UL listed; dry location use only. The charger has a 1-year warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
