Description

This 24 volt 3.5 amp XLR battery charger is the current off-board replacement for Golden's MBE-CHG35A-STD. It fits the Golden Companion I and II (GC240, GC340, GC440), LiteRider Envy (GP162/GP162B), Alante Jr. (GP200) and Compass Sport (GP605). It is made by Universal Power Group as model 24BC3500T-4 and uses a standard 3-pin XLR plug.

Second-generation Companions only: It will not work on the earlier Companion models GC221, GC321 or GC421, which used a different on-board charger.

The charger uses three-stage charging and shuts off automatically when the pack is full. A built-in safety lockout will not charge a battery that has dropped below 13.2 volts. For sealed lead acid (SLA, AGM or gel) 24V systems only, not lithium packs.

Ordered power charger for wheel chair

Ordered power charger for wheel chair. Box had been opened in past probably a return that was not throughly checked. The device does not match up to charging cord. Instruction says, only 1 light will do but device has 2 lights. Can’t tell if charging? Red light never goes off or turns green even after 2 days on charger. Whelk chair was 97% charged before trying cord id doesn’t seem to work but assume a solid green light should appear at some point usually charge took 12 hours max on old charger. Blinking light constant by blinking. Not able to find directions online. Disaster.
