24 Volt 2.0 Amp XLR Battery Charger for Drive Medical Scout DST 3 & Scout DST 4 Mobility Scooters

This 24 volt 2.0 amp battery charger with an XLR connector fits the Drive Medical Scout DST 3 and Scout DST 4 mobility scooters. It is suitable for sealed lead acid (SLA) batteries of 7 Ah or larger, on scooters and power chairs with an off-board female XLR charging socket.

Choose our Premium AlveyTech charger, or the Original charger that is the same as the one that comes on a new Scout DST. Both have the correct XLR plug for the scooter's charger port, low voltage protection, short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, automatic shut-off and an LED display. Both use a 3-stage process (bulk, absorption, float) and are UL Listed. For dry location use only.

Please note: The low voltage protection will not let the charger activate unless it is connected to a battery pack of at least 16 volts. Packs below that level cannot be recovered or recharged. This safety feature prevents overheating with a faulty battery, and the charger will not output voltage to the XLR plug until that minimum is met.

Warranty: The Premium charger has a 30-day warranty and the Original charger has a 1-year warranty, covering defects in material and workmanship.
