The S-Drive combines the proven reliability of PG Drives Technology design with all the safety features expected from such a respected mobility electronics manufacturer.

The controller is the "electronic brain" of the scooter's operating system. S-Drive controllers are durable and dependable electronics, but a mobility scooter controller is often susceptible to moisture-induced internal corrosion damage from excessive humidity, especially if stored unused for any long period. In addition, a scooter controller can be damaged by electrical shorts resulting from an incorrect battery connection. Although controllers are not the least expensive of mobility scooter parts, they are usually replaced as a unit rather than repaired.
