The Vespa GL 150 (VLA/VGL) was Vespa's mid-range design from the late 1950s up through 1965 and eptomizes the Vespa chic of that era.

The GL, (for Gran Lusso), had an exterior style redesign in 1962 which accounts for the VIN code change in mid-production. Nonetheless, the VLA and VGL models are essentially identical machines internally.
