Razor E500S Scooter Parts

This page collects replacement parts for the Razor E500S electric scooter. We carry the battery pack and chargers, 16" tires and inner tubes, #25 chains, the motor, the throttle and controller, brake calipers, pads and lever assemblies, fuses, switches, charger ports and wiring harnesses.

The E500S runs on a 24 volt battery pack and charges with a 3-prong charger. It uses 16"x1.75" tires with 16 x 1.95/2.125 inner tubes, also used on the Razor Rebellion. The motor is 24V 400W with an 11 tooth #25 sprocket, and the chain is 138 links. The throttle and the 201C6-3A / HB2430TYD-FS throttle and controller bundle fit all versions. Brake calipers are shared with the MX500, MX650, SX500 and Dirt Quad. Check the frame label and compare it with each part listing.
