Description

This 70 Amp Dynamic controller for Golden Companion I (GC221) and Companion II (GC321, GC421) mobility scooters is specially programmed for those models. You may select your controller with or without the optional wire harness.

Made by Dynamic, one of the top names in the mobility electronics industry, this is known by the manufacturer as the Rhino.

Please note that this controller is for first-generation Companion scooters such as the GC221, GC321, and GC421. If you have a later, second-generation Companion like the GC240, GC340, or GC440, then you will need the 90 Amp Dynamic R-Series Controller for the Golden Technologies Companion (GC240, GC340, GC440) and LiteRider (GL110, GL140) Scooters. The two controllers are not interchangeable.

Over the years these controllers take some normal wear and tear just like other parts on a mobility scooter. The original still was working but sometimes an error code flash of 7 would happen after a jolt or bump. The service manual points to throttle or potentiometer, what if they are allready changed to brand new? Well that's when the controller itself becomes suspect. Inspection and ohm testing the Wiring Harness found no faults. Controller swap and new batteries gave an 8 year old scooter a factory fresh feel and operation.
