Merits Pioneer 5 DLX (S541) Scooter Parts

This page lists replacement parts for the Merits Pioneer 5 DLX (S541) 4-wheel mobility scooter. The Pioneer 5 DLX uses 12 Ah batteries as standard, with a 15 Ah upgrade; we list 24-volt packs in both sizes. It uses a 24-volt 1.5 to 2.0 amp off-board charger; the standard charger we list is 1.6 amps, with a 2.0 amp option. Many controls are shared with the Pioneer 1, Pioneer 2 and Cruiser Q.
