Merits L405 Manual Wheelchair Parts

This page lists replacement parts for the Merits L405, a lightweight aluminum manual wheelchair that converts between self-propelled and transport use. Part types include 24" solid urethane tires, 8"x1" caster wheels, short armrest pads, and accessories such as wheelchair covers, under-seat and seatback bags, an oxygen tank holder and grips.

The L405 comes with 8"x1" casters front and rear and removable 24"x1" main wheels with black tires; the tire we list is 24"x1-3/8" (37-540), so compare it with the size on your sidewall. The short armrest pad is shared with the Pioneer 5 (S534), Pioneer 5 DLX (S541) and Travel-Ease Commuter (P101/P107/P171). The model number is on a label on the frame, often on the crossbrace.
