Description

What this motor does
This is the back / recline actuator on Pride VivaLift! power lift chairs and the Mega Motion Lay-Flat Chaise Lounger (MM-3702). It moves the back, not the lift frame. The stamped plate reads BACK MOTOR.

Connector
Blue 5-pin plug. It connects to the chair's motor control box. If the chair has no lift or recline, test the CTL1707193 motor control box before you replace both parts.

Fitment
Pride VivaLift! Atlas (PLR-985), Elegance (PLR-975), Legacy (PLR-958), Metro (PLR-925), Perfecta (PLR-945), Sierra (PLR-970), Tranquil (PLR-935), Urbana (PLR-965), and Voya (PLR-995), plus the Mega Motion Lay-Flat Chaise Lounger (MM-3702). Early Atlas Plus (PLR-2985) chairs that originally had MOT2306015 installed also use this motor.

Before you order
Read the tag on the motor you are pulling. You want MOT1707191 or LMD6208B1-3. Unplug the chair from the wall before you remove clevis pins. These actuators are 10% duty cycle (2 min on / 18 min off), not continuous-duty.
