This is the multiple actuator box for the Invacare TDX and Storm series power chairs, a highly specialized power seating control part. Invacare calls this their S4WSB Multiple Actuator Interface Box, and it is used on seat controls with two or more actuators. This replaces the 4-way switch box, and allows multiple actuator operation through the driver control.
