The 12" rear flat-free caster wheel assembly (1149802) fits Invacare Transport wheelchairs in standard, lightweight and HD versions. The red front fork (1122103) fits both the Invacare Transport and Lightweight Transport. Padded vinyl armrests come in 10" desk length (black or blue) and 14" full length, each sold as a set of 2. The model number and serial are on a label on the frame, usually on the crossbrace.
