Deluxe Clear Tiller Cover for Mobility Scooters

This tiller cover is big enough to fit over large scooter tillers, and has adjustable closures at the top cover and base to keep the cover securely on your scooter. We've updated the clear cover closure to an easy snap buckle, rather than hook-and-loop straps, to make the opening more adjustable and avoid scratching your skin while using. The base has horizontal and vertical hook-and-loop straps to allow you to close the bottom as tight or as loose as you want. 

To install, simply open the bottom flap and slide over one side of the handlebars. Then, lower over the other side. Let it rest on top of the tiller and close the bottom flap as tightly as you wish. Adjust the top buckle strap to your desired length ald slip your hands inside the two openings.
