Description

If the 2-button pendant on your Golden or UltraComfort lift chair no longer responds or the buttons have worn out, this genuine Golden Technologies ZK1200-HC-1 hand control is the replacement. It is Golden's current version of the 2-button remote and replaces the older ZK1200-HC, ZK-1100-HC, ZKOKI-DL and ZK1710-HC, as well as UltraComfort's ZKUC-20-1, ZKUC-20 and ZKUC-10.

Two large buttons handle lift and recline. A built-in USB port lets you charge a phone or e-reader from the chair, and the 5-pin connector plugs straight into the original motor, control box or extension cable. The pendant has a gold walnut-burl finish, measures about 5-1/4" x 2" x 1", and has a 34" coiled cord.

Need an extension cable? If your chair uses one between the hand control and the motor or control box, the control works with the ZKAD-EXT-1 5-pin extension cable, as well as the ZK1100-EXT, ZK-20-EXT and ZK-10-EXT and UltraComfort ZKUC-20-EXT and ZKUC-10-EXT cables.

Before you order, check two things. First, unplug your current control and confirm it has a 5-pin round connector. Second, this is a 2-button lift and recline control: Golden's AutoDrive and MaxiComfort infinite-position chairs use multi-button controls and are not compatible.

Single-motor chairs plug the control directly into the motor. Dual- and triple-motor chairs, such as the Comforter Extra Wide (PR501-26D/PR501-28D), DeLuna Dione (PR119), Commander (PR502) and UltraComfort Montage (UC542-ME6) and Stellar (UC540M-26), use it with the GMOKI-CB control box.

It also fits older Golden chairs, including the Cambridge (PR359), DeLuna Eirene (PR202) and Classic PR115, PR116, PR117 and PR165, plus the UltraComfort UC992, UC212 and UC166.

Installation is straightforward: unplug the chair from the wall, unplug the old control and plug in the new one. Most chairs need no reset. If your chair has memory or a battery backup, unplug it for about 60 seconds and plug it back in.

It's great to know you can get replacement parts my mom lives in her recliner it's her chair and bed

It's great to know you can get replacement parts my mom lives in her recliner it's her chair and bed,and when the remote went bad we were able to get the exact remote! The only bad part was the xtra shipping cost we got it in 5 days with a around 10 shipping cost,but if you wanted it faster it was around $27
