Hand controls come in two versions: 15005HCN with a quick release connector and 15005HC with a screw-on connector, so check which connector your bed uses. The power cord (15005PC) fits 15005-series electric beds, and the headboard panel (15005P1035) also fits the 15003 and 15004 beds. The model number is usually on a label on the bed frame.
