Baja Mini Bike MB165 & MB200 (Baja Heat, Mini Baja, Baja Warrior) Parts

This page lists replacement parts for the Baja Mini Bike MB165 and MB200, also known as the Baja Heat, Mini Baja, and Baja Warrior. We carry carburetors, air filters, spark plugs, flywheels, clutches, jackshafts, 420 chains and sprockets, chain tensioners, brakes, cables, 19x7.00-8 tires, seats, and headlights.

Both models use a 24 mm intake carburetor that fits 196cc, 200cc, and 212cc engines. We carry 420 chains in 42 link and 90 link lengths, 10, 20, and 50 tooth sprockets, and a clutch with a 3/4" shaft. Brake shoes come as a 105 mm drum shoe set with springs. A few parts differ between the two: the MB165 takes a chrome headlight and a 41-1/2" throttle cable, while the MB200 uses a black headlight and a threaded-end cable.
