Baja Doodle Bug (Blitz, Dirt Bug, Racer) 97cc Mini Bike Parts

This is our parts page for the Baja Doodle Bug 97cc mini bike, covering the Blitz, Dirt Bug and Racer versions (DB30 and DB30R). The focus here is the engine and drivetrain: the 97cc carburetor with 19 mm intake, ignition coil, recoil pull start, air filter, spark plug, muffler and fuel tank, plus clutch assemblies, #35 chain and sprockets, throttle and brake cables, brake pads and the rear brake disc.

A few parts are listed only for the DB30R, including the straight governor throttle return spring, clutch chain cover and clutch sprocket flange lock nut, so confirm your model before ordering. The listed chain is a 140-link #35 chain, the rear sprocket has 70 teeth, and the spark plug is NGK BPMR6A/BPMR7A. Look for the model number on the frame label. Can't find your part? Contact us with your model number and a photo of the old part, and our team will help track it down.
